CampaignsOutbound sequences run against an imported prospect list: an ICP profile, a send sequence, and how much of the sending a human needs to sign off on.

New campaignDefine who the campaign is for and how it should reach them, then send it a prospect list. Scoring starts by itself once the CSV import lands.

The scoring and drafting agents both read this before touching a single prospect.

  • Approve every send: Every outreach email — every step, every prospect — waits in Approvals for a human before it sends.
  • Approve first send: Only the first email to each prospect waits for approval. Later steps in the sequence send automatically.
  • Fully autonomous: Every step sends automatically. Nothing waits in Approvals.
Send sequenceOne row per step. Delay is the gap in hours before that step fires, counted from the previous one (step 1 fires after its own delay from enrollment). Intent is what the step should accomplish — the agent drafts each email from it.
Step 1

Needs a name and an email column (aliases: full_name, job_title/role, company/organization, notes). Up to 2,000 rows — you can also import later from the campaign page.
